Returns & Assessment
- All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
- We may need to assess the part(s) before confirming a refund or exchange.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item has been returned and checked.
Return Window
- In line with general car parts policies, returns are typically accepted within 14 to 60 days.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or doubts on this.
- Proof of purchase and return authorisation are required in order to process return refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless confirmed faulty after assessment, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used electrical parts.
- Special order or custom parts.
- Items that have been fitted, used, or damaged.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect part:
- Contact us as soon as possible with the details.
- We may request images or the item to be returned for inspection.
Once approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
